Hey Ya'll
To my lovely readers,
I have had so much fun experimenting with my first blog, With Vanilla and Honey. It has been so much fun, but I haven't had as much time as I would really like to devote to it as a project. Because of that, I feel that it has been a bit disjointed at times, and I feel that's something that can be corrected.
For those of you that don't know, I am a mere four weeks from graduating from college. As a celebration of that fact, I feel it is time for a change.
I will be beginning two new blogs upon my start in the real world. One will be a behind the scenes look at life in the world of food writing and cookbook publishing, as I begin my work as an editorial assistant to the publishing office at The Culinary Institute of America. The second project is one with a few things to still be worked out, but it's safe to say that it will be a recipe website like that of Vanilla and Honey.
So, fear not, my blogging friends. I am still in the kitchen (I made pumpkin pancakes this morning with apple cider caramel pecans, and baked cinnamon apples) but I hope you'll bear with me while I cook up something new.
